Terms of Service

Last updated: October 20, 2026

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the website, services, programs, workshops, masterminds, coaching, consulting, and digital products provided by Sarah Alrehaimi Coaching & Consulting.

By accessing our website, booking a service, registering for a program, or purchasing a product, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use our website or purchase our services.

Nothing in these Terms of Service limits any rights you may have under applicable Saudi Arabian law.

1. About Our Services

Sarah Alrehaimi Coaching & Consulting provides professional coaching, consulting, workshops, masterminds, group programs, strategy sessions, professional development experiences, and digital educational resources.

Our services are intended to provide guidance, education, support, and professional development. They are not a substitute for legal, financial, medical, psychological, or other regulated professional advice.

You are responsible for determining whether our services are appropriate for your circumstances and for obtaining independent professional advice where necessary.

2. Eligibility

You must provide accurate and complete information when booking a service, registering for a program, or purchasing a product.

If you are under the age of 18, you may use our services only with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian, unless otherwise permitted by applicable law.

By using our services, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you have the authority to enter into these Terms of Service.

3. Bookings and Purchases

When you book a consultation, coaching session, workshop, mastermind, group program, or other service, you agree to provide the information necessary to arrange and deliver that service.

A booking or purchase may be subject to additional terms, including:

  • A proposal or consulting agreement.
  • A program description.
  • A registration page.
  • A payment plan.
  • A statement of work.
  • Written instructions or terms provided before purchase.

If additional terms conflict with these Terms of Service, the additional terms will apply to the extent of the conflict.

A booking is not confirmed until we have received the required information and payment, unless we agree otherwise in writing.

We reserve the right to decline or cancel a booking where necessary, including where a service is unavailable, information provided is inaccurate, payment cannot be processed, or accepting the booking would create a conflict of interest.

4. Fees and Payment

Fees will be displayed or communicated before you purchase a service or product.

You agree to pay all fees by the applicable due date. Depending on the service, payment may be required in full before delivery or may be made according to an agreed payment schedule.

If you choose a payment plan, you remain responsible for all scheduled payments unless we agree otherwise in writing.

Failure to make a required payment may result in:

  • Suspension or cancellation of services.
  • Loss of access to a program or digital product.
  • Cancellation of future sessions.
  • Recovery of unpaid amounts, where permitted by law.

You are responsible for any applicable taxes, bank charges, currency conversion fees, or payment-provider charges associated with your purchase.

5. Cancellations and Rescheduling

For individual coaching, consulting, and strategy sessions, at least 24 hours’ notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling requests.

Requests made with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in the session being treated as delivered and the fee being forfeited.

Failure to attend a scheduled session without providing the required notice may also result in forfeiture of the session fee.

Workshops, masterminds, group programs, and custom consulting engagements may have separate cancellation and rescheduling terms. Those terms will be communicated before purchase or included in the applicable agreement.

Our Return and Refund Policy forms part of these Terms of Service and explains the circumstances in which refunds, credits, or replacement sessions may be available.

6. Delivery of Services

We will use reasonable care and skill in providing our services.

The timing, format, duration, and scope of a service will depend on the applicable booking, proposal, program description, or agreement.

Services may be delivered online, in person, or through a combination of formats. We may use third-party platforms for scheduling, video conferencing, payment processing, communications, file sharing, or delivery of digital materials.

You are responsible for having the equipment, internet connection, software, and access necessary to participate in online services.

We may make reasonable changes to the format, schedule, facilitator, or delivery method of a service where necessary, provided that we continue to provide a substantially similar service or an appropriate alternative.

7. Workshops, Masterminds, and Group Programs

Workshops, masterminds, group coaching programs, and other group experiences may involve limited places, advance preparation, and confidential discussions.

You agree to:

  • Participate respectfully and professionally.
  • Avoid disruptive, abusive, discriminatory, or threatening conduct.
  • Respect the privacy and confidentiality of other participants.
  • Avoid recording, copying, or distributing sessions or materials without permission.
  • Follow reasonable instructions provided by the facilitator or program team.

We may suspend or remove a participant from a program if their conduct is inappropriate, disruptive, harmful, or inconsistent with these Terms of Service. Any refund or credit in such circumstances will be determined in accordance with the applicable terms and applicable law.

8. Coaching and Consulting Relationship

Coaching and consulting are collaborative services. We may provide questions, observations, frameworks, recommendations, resources, and other forms of professional guidance.

You remain responsible for your own decisions, actions, results, and implementation.

We do not guarantee any particular business, career, financial, personal, or professional outcome. Results may vary depending on your circumstances, effort, decisions, resources, market conditions, and other factors outside our control.

You should seek independent advice before making decisions involving legal, financial, medical, psychological, employment, or other regulated matters.

9. Digital Products and Materials

We may offer digital products and materials, including guides, workbooks, templates, recordings, presentations, and other educational resources.

Digital products are licensed to you for your personal or internal business use only, unless we expressly agree otherwise in writing.

You may not:

  • Resell, sublicense, or redistribute digital products.
  • Share access credentials with others.
  • Copy, reproduce, modify, or publish materials except as permitted by law.
  • Use materials to create a competing product or service.
  • Remove copyright, trademark, or other ownership notices.
  • Upload materials to public websites, file-sharing platforms, or unauthorized systems.

Access to digital products may be subject to technical limitations, access periods, or additional product-specific terms.

10. Intellectual Property

All content and materials provided by Sarah Alrehaimi Coaching & Consulting, including text, graphics, presentations, frameworks, templates, workbooks, recordings, logos, branding, website content, and other resources, are owned by us or licensed to us and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Except for the limited personal or internal-use license expressly granted to you, no rights are transferred to you.

You may use materials provided during a service only for the purpose for which they were provided. Any other use requires our prior written permission.

You retain ownership of information, documents, and materials that you provide to us. You grant us permission to use those materials only as reasonably necessary to provide the services, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

11. Confidentiality and Privacy

We will handle personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable law.

You agree not to disclose confidential information shared by other participants or clients during group programs, masterminds, workshops, or coaching engagements.

Confidentiality does not apply to information that:

  • Is publicly available through no breach of these Terms.
  • Was already lawfully known to the receiving party.
  • Is received lawfully from another source without a confidentiality obligation.
  • Must be disclosed by law, court order, or a competent authority.

Although we take reasonable steps to protect confidential information, we cannot guarantee that communications through the internet or third-party platforms will be completely secure.

Your use of a third-party service is at your own risk.

14. Testimonials and Feedback

This limitation does not apply to liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability arising from fraud, willful misconduct, or other matters that applicable law requires us to remain responsible for.

17. Indemnity

  • You fail to make a required payment.
  • Your conduct creates a risk to us, our team, participants, or third parties.
  • We are required to do so by law.
  • The relevant service or program is discontinued.

Termination does not affect rights or obligations that arose before termination. Provisions relating to payment, intellectual property, confidentiality, disclaimers, limitations of liability, indemnity, and dispute resolution will continue to apply where appropriate.

19. Force Majeure

We will not be responsible for delay, interruption, or failure to perform caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, illness, epidemics, government action, war, civil unrest, labor disputes, power or internet failures, platform outages, or other similar events.

The updated version will be posted on our website with a revised “Last updated” date. Changes will apply from the date they are posted unless otherwise stated.

If a material change affects an existing booking or agreement, we will provide notice where reasonably required.

Your continued use of our website or services after updated terms are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms of Service, to the extent permitted by law.

21. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

If a dispute arises, we encourage you to contact us first so that we can attempt to resolve the matter informally.

If the dispute cannot be resolved informally, it will be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts or authorities in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

22. Severability

If any provision of these Terms of Service is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision will be modified or removed only to the extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue in full effect.
